By implementing an environmental management system, your short- and long-term environmental goals can be achieved and controlled. Based on a systematic approach – the so-called Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle (PDCA) – the continual improvement process is ensured.
A central component is the annual performance of internal audits to check the effectiveness of the management system and to determine any necessary corrective measures and possible improvement measures. The internal audit can include a compliance audit to check legal compliance in the environmental area. Make us of our instruments and tools, which have been developed over many years.
In a GAP analysis, we have look at which components of an environmental management system are implemented in your company and which are missing. If the identified gaps are subsequently remedied together, the essential prerequisites for successful certification are created.
In order to enable you to carry out internal audits independently, the development of audit competences in your company is a central task. We offer in-house training courses and seminars for environmental management officers and internal auditors.
Many of our clients also like to take advantage of more intensive and long-term support in maintaining and developing their environmental management system. The scope of support here ranges from a reduced coaching approach to the comprehensive assumption of implementation tasks by our experienced consultants.
